McCain Meltdown Madness: Ignoring Existing Immigration Laws

Saturday, May 24, 2008

By John Lillpop

As Senator John McCain slips further and further into the grips of neurotic self-delusion, his arguments in favor of legalizing 38 million illegal aliens becomes more and more specious.

Last summer, McCain issued his most bizarre challenge to date against American patriots who oppose amnesty:

Speaking at a fund-raiser in Houston, the senator said:

"I think it's (immigration reform) a matter of national security," McCain said, "and to do nothing - to leave the status quo - would be an abrogation of our responsibilities to the American people."

The addled senator added, "If they've got another proposal that will pass the Congress of the United States, then let's hear that."

Boy do I have good news for you, senator!

There is a solution in place. Best of all it does not need to pass the Congress of the United States, or be approved by the president.

It's called the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. http://www.oig.lsc.gov/legis/irca86.htm

All that is required, Senator McCain, is for the United States Congress and the president to get off the payroll of the Mexican government, secure our borders, and enforce IRCA!

It is really that damn simple.

Just secure our borders, with armed military force if need be, and enforce all existing immigration laws, including deportation of illegal aliens currently here.

Do that, and America won't need no stinkin' immigration reform!
